I love how Thanksgiving traditions can take on all shapes and sizes for each family. We are lucky enough to have a large family that all live in the same city. When we get together for Thanksgiving, there are about 30 people, and that is just immediate family! So, you can imagine that finding a place for everyone to sit and enjoy their meal can be quite a challenge. There are babies, kids, teens, grandparents and everyone in between. I love the idea of having place cards with everyone’s names on them so that there is no confusion as to where everyone belongs at the table. This quick little craft can be used just as a decoration or you can make it into a name card for a place setting. Kids will love helping with these tiny turkeys. Each one will probably turn out a little different, giving them their own little personality. And the best part is that you can save these and use them year after year!
I was inspired by these turkeys but I wanted to make an option for it to become a name card holder!
