We used hard boiled brown eggs, but you could also blow out the egg and use the empty eggshell if you want to leave your Easter egg sheep for longer. You can also paint a dyable plastic egg. Or use an Easter egg made from styrofoam, paper mache, or colourful plastic.
What if I don’t have pom poms to make this sheep Easter egg?
If you don’t have pom poms you can also use cotton balls to make this adorable Easter egg sheep! Or recycle some packing peanuts, scraps of yarn, bubble wrap, or anything else you think looks like wool.
